Sahara

The Sahara is a handmade ceramic pendant light whose shade is built from dense, repeating geometric arches. As light filters through the layered texture, it creates shifting patterns of depth and movement - soft and enveloping even at low wattage. Available as a porcelain pendant light in both porcelain and stoneware, each finish carrying its own subtle warmth. Even unlit, the Sahara reads as a sculptural object: natural, precise, and quietly confident.

Every Melzer Studio light fixture is individually hand-finished and studio-made using 3D clay printing - a proprietary additive manufacturing process in porcelain and stoneware. Ceramic lighting brings a warm, natural texture to any interior, and each piece carries the subtle individuality of the hand-finishing and kiln-firing process.

Works beautifully above a dining table, over a kitchen island, or as a living room pendant. Choose a single shade or a cluster of 3 or 4 for a more striking design statement.
