The Kalahari is a 3D-printed ceramic pendant light formed as an elongated teardrop, its surface covered in dense, flowing round reliefs that build a tactile landscape of depth and movement. In the Terracotta finish, the Kalahari reads as a warm terracotta pendant lamp - earthy, sculptural, and immediately inviting. Each piece shifts and changes as the quality of light changes throughout the day.
Every Melzer Studio light fixture is individually hand-finished and studio-made using 3D clay printing - a proprietary additive manufacturing process in porcelain and stoneware. Ceramic lighting brings a warm, natural texture to any interior, and each piece carries the subtle individuality of the hand-finishing and kiln-firing process.
For dining rooms, kitchen islands, and living spaces where a confident design statement is welcome. Available as a single shade or in clusters of 3 or 4.
