Personalization
Want customization? No problem, in the studio you can make customizations to the lighting fixtures and adapt each lighting fixture to the space and your specific needs. You can contact us via the WhatsApp button.
Send us your request via email/WhatsApp with as much detail as possible: the lighting fixture, what space it is intended for, ceiling height, photo or plan – and we will work with you to tailor the solution for you.

Care and maintenance
Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry brush. Do not use water, detergents, or any other liquid to clean the lamp. Using liquid, detergents, or a damp cloth may cause stains on the light fixture.

There is a one-year warranty on electrical components. Each body is tested before shipment.
Shipping and delivery
Deliveries throughout Israel upon ordering on the website. If you are interested in shipping to another country, please contact us by email at contact@melzerstudio.com or via WhatsApp.
Delivery times vary depending on product and inventory availability and can take up to 45 business days.
After the shipment leaves the studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can enter the tracking code and see where the shipment is. Before delivery, a courier will contact you to coordinate.

Payments and Purchase
We accept credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Isracard, PayPal and bank transfer.
Payment is made in advance, upon receipt we begin production.
For orders from abroad - local taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
You can make an appointment at the studio or see some of the models in displays at various stores.
Returns and Refunds
A product may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that it is unused, new, uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original packaging, including labels and accessories. Products that have been installed, modified, or plugged into electricity are not returnable. Products that are custom-made/customized are not returnable or exchangeable.
