Welcome to Melzer Studio (the "Site"). Use of the Site and purchase of products through it are subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. Use of the Site constitutes full consent by the user to these Terms and Conditions .
1. Purchasing products

The images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in color, texture, or finish between the actual product and the display on the website .

Since the products are handmade from natural raw materials (such as ceramics, glaze), slight deviations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur - this variation is not considered a defect .

Product dimensions are measured manually, and there may be slight deviations .

Purchase of a product on the site will be made using a credit card or approved payment methods only .
2. Safety

All lighting fixtures on the site are composed of electrical parts in accordance with an approved standard ( TIE / CE / other international standards ).

The use of lighting products is the sole responsibility of the customer .

Installation and electrical connection will be performed only by a qualified electrician with a valid license . Installation not performed by a qualified electrician voids warranty and returns .

The products are not intended for outdoor use, unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description .
3. Delivery, Shipping and Taxes

Delivery times vary depending on product and inventory availability and can take up to 45 business days .

Customized orders - production time will be coordinated in advance with the customer .

Prices on the site do not include customs duties, import taxes and/or VAT applicable in the destination country . Payment of these taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer .

The company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, customs processing, holiday delays or other factors beyond its control .
4. Transaction cancellation and returns

A transaction can be canceled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations .

A product may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that it has not been used, is new, has not been installed, has not been modified , and is in its original packaging, including labels and accompanying accessories .

Products that have been installed, modified, or connected to electricity are not returnable .

Products that are made to order/customized - cannot be returned or exchanged .

Refunds will be made less cancellation fees stipulated by law (up to 5% or 100 NIS - whichever is lower) .
5. Care and maintenance

Disconnect the power before cleaning.

Use a soft, dry brush.

Do not use water, detergents or any other liquid to clean the lamp. Using liquid, detergents or a damp cloth may create stains on the lighting fixture.
6. Product Warranty
-
All lighting fixtures on the site are composed of electrical parts in accordance with an approved standard ( TIE / CE / other international standards ).

The product is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, for manufacturing defects only .

The warranty is conditional on the product being installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and by a qualified electrician with a valid license.

The warranty does not apply to any damage caused by installation or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, non-standard electrical connection, improper maintenance/cleaning, or treatment by an unauthorized party.

The warranty does not include light bulbs (incandescent/LED bulbs, etc.) .

The warranty does not include third-party costs (installation, dismantling, electrician visits, etc.) .
7. Limitation of Warranty – Installation and Use of the Product
The company is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the product, the customer or any third party, as a result of installation, connection or use that was not carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or was not carried out by a qualified electrician with a valid license.
Any such action will void the company's warranty for the product and will void any right to return, exchange or cancel a transaction.
8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, designs, logos, graphic files) are the exclusive property of Melzer Studio .

The name "Melzer Studio" and any trademarks associated with it are protected by copyright and trademarks .

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission .
9. Privacy Policy

When making a purchase on the site, personal information such as name, address, telephone number and email address is required. This information is provided voluntarily by the user and is used to complete the transaction, deliver and update the customer .

The company undertakes not to transfer personal information to third parties, except for the purpose of completing the transaction (such as a delivery company or clearing provider) .

Credit information is entered into a secure external clearing system and is not stored in the company's databases .

The Company uses advanced information security measures to maintain the privacy of information, however, complete immunity from illegal intrusion cannot be guaranteed, and the User waives any claim against the Company as a result .

The company may use the customer's information to contact you in the future regarding promotions, updates and additional services - unless the customer has requested not to receive this mailing .

The customer may remove himself/herself from the mailing list at any time by sending a written message or clicking on a dedicated removal link .
10. Miscellaneous

The Company may update the regulations at any time .

In any case of conflict between the wording of the regulations and a presentation on the website/other publication, the wording of the regulations will prevail .

The applicable law is Israeli law only, and any dispute will be heard in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district .
